This is the recap from our first AMA. The AMA was done in a Telegram community chat with 29.8k members of which 5.4k members were online at that moment. Andrew received great community questions and was able to answer them perfectly. Below is a recap:
1)- To start of this AMA lets give the audience a brief description of what DEEZNUTS is ?
First of all I want to thank everyone here for the opportunity to talk to all of you. DeezNutsProject is looking to become a frontrunner in the BSC NFT ecosystem, the token is “deeznuts (DEEZ)”. Our vision and goal is to develop a mobile app that acts as a hardware wallet with built in NFT augmented reality functions, for example to showcase your BSC NFTs to friends and family. Next to this we have established the DEEZ tokens that rewards its holders by redistributing 4% of each transaction that takes place, 2% will be redistributed amongst holders. and 2% will be burned forever. This would give holders of DEEZ the incentive to hold their tokens and increase the token value. This would be combined with NFT collection drops that are distributed amongst lucky winners that are assigned by the amount of DEEZ tokens hold per wallet address. NFT collections will be designed by DeezNutsProject and include rarity rankings, these would be dropped straight to the addresses and could be stored and displayed in the mobile app. The collections will be starting this quarter.
2)- Who is the team behind DEEZNUTS ? and what is their experience ?
Our core team consists of four people: James, Michael, Rocky and me (Andrew). We have two persons that are our marketing experts (Michael and Rocky), Michael is also a visual/website designer and Rocky has a career in international business. Two programmers (James and me) James is a really good programmer and I have basic experience in programming but currently my career is in cyber security.
Besides this we have five amazing community admins that help to keep our community informed and all of them are in close contact with us. The community admins are Ben, Logan, Riz, Rich and Yous. These amazing guys will be your go-to admins in the group that always respond fast and know everything about the project.
3)- How do you incorporate NFTs into DEEZNUTS ?
NFTs are currently in the starting phase and the first NFT collections are being designed and finalised for the first NFT collection drop. We have launched the project a couple weeks ago and just launched on PancakeSwap, once we are further into this quarter more of them will be designed and released. In the near future we want to incorporate them in the development of our mobile augmented reality app, so they have some special functions we didn’t make public yet. The first NFT collections will feature memorable events from the launch of DeezNutsProject.
4)- Lets go into the Tokenomics of the native $DEEZ Token and what are some of it’s use cases ? As well as how someone would obtain the $DEEZ Token ?
The $DEEZ token is designed around the following HODL rewards:
- We will do NFT Collection Drops and produce NFT’s based on different ranks (Platinum/Gold/etc.), token holders have a chance to win rare NFT Collection pieces.
- 2% burn per TX
- 2% redistribution to HODLers per TX
$DEEZ tokens could be obtained in our pre-sale on May 8, this however went very fast and was hard capped at 60 BNB within ten minutes. The tokens are now obtainable on PancakeSwap and are well distributed amongst holders. The LP wallet is locked by DxSale and the dev wallet is locked by DxSale. All other wallets are < 2% off total supply. So there are no whales to dump hard on us, the launch was perfectly distributed and the allround market crash distributed the tokens even more.
5)- What marketing strategies has the team decided to use to spread awareness and promote growth and use of the project ?
Since the start the team has not focused on an extensive marketing campaign, we firstly wanted to focus on building a great fundamental foundation for DeezNutsProject. Once that had been set we started to spread the word in a couple communities, people liked our project so much that our pre-sale sold out really quick. Since we have successfully launched and completed all applications for CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Blockfolio and Delta (Delta has been approved and listed yesterday). Now we are exploring multiple ways of marketing like website banners, news articles (next week we will be featured in a coinmarketcal.com news article), social media influencers and youtube reviews.
6)- Lastly Does the team have a roadmap in place ? and if so , how has it been kept up with so far ?
